File dense shelves are large storage equipment, which can carry several times more weight than itself. In addition to the net weight of the product itself, dense shelves are very weighty. Therefore, enterprises and institutional units must consider the load and floor load of dense shelves when planning to buy dense shelves. So how to calculate the bearing value between the floor and the dense frame, and what are the principles and requirements of detecting the bearing data?

At the beginning of the design, the load of the floor is calculated in square meters, which is divided into two types: one is permanent load and the other is live load. Permanent load refers to the long-term non moving load of machinery, walls, furniture, etc. fixed on it; Live load refers to people's activities and temporary stacking. The load value is the weight of goods stacked divided by the area. Generally, the installation of file dense frames should be treated as live load, and the permanent load has been considered in the architectural design.

When placing things on the floor, first of all, it is necessary to prevent excessive pile load on the column span, and second, it is necessary to prevent excessive local load (generally, it is safe to place the local load within 1.5 times of the design load). Design load refers to the bearing capacity per square meter. The design value of general live load is 200 ~ 250kg for residential buildings and 300 ~ 400kg for public buildings. This load generally refers to the average load of a slab (divided by column span). For example, a column span is 8m long and 4m wide (bounded by the surrounding beams). If the design value of its live load is 300kg, the bearing capacity is 32 times 300, which is 9.6 tons.

We take the 6-layer file dense frame with conventional size of 900 wide, 520 deep and 2350 high as an example. The production material of the dense frame is track 20 * 20 * 3.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, quoting the national standard gb711; The underframe, bearing stop and clamping block shall be made of 3.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, referring to the national standard gb699; Column 1.5mm cold rolled steel plate gb710; 1.0mm cold rolled steel plate gb710 is used for baffle, hanging plate, laminate, door frame, door plate, body plate, back plate and top plate.

Needless to say, the self weight of the dense frame composed of the above materials and accessories reaches 80kg per group. The conventional file dense frame is double-sided with double columns, and the double-sided load of each layer is 80kg. If the single-sided load is 40kg. Therefore, the full load of the file dense frame, that is, the load after all A4 paper is put on, is 6 * 80kg = 480KG, that is, the ground load of the file dense frame should at least reach 540kg. The data of the file dense frame and the floor are calculated according to the calculation method of this theoretical value.

Of course, the theoretical data is not absolute. From the perspective of professional dense frame manufacturers, the bearing capacity of 540kg is the minimum, and more should be considered in real life, such as the vibration caused by trucks and the fatigue degree of the floor under long-term load. In this way, the bearing requirements of file dense frames on the floor should reach more than 600kg. In addition, the design of file dense frames, Use type is also a part of consideration.
